Itinerary

1st Day Trogir (Embarkation) – Islands of Brač: Postira
(aprx. 30 km / 500 m of elevation)
Individual arrival to Trogir and embarkation on board between 1:00 and 2:30 pm. At 3:00 pm we take a short cruise to the nearby island of Brač. Once we have arrived in the seaside town of Postira, we unload the bikes and start with the adjustments! Our warm-up tour takes us along the coast of the island Brač to Pučišća and back. We enjoy a relaxed evening in this sleepy town, familiarizing ourselves with the boat and our fellow travelers over a first evening meal together.
2nd Day Island Brač – Makarska (mainland)
(aprx. 80 km / 1,440 m of elevation)
Brač is famous for its radiant, precious limestone that was, among others, used for the White House in Washington and in the construction of the German Reichstag building in Berlin. Today’s ride leads us from Postira traversing the island in all directions with multiple climbs and incredible views before enjoying an incredible descent to Sumartin. Here the boat awaits our arrival, and we cruise to the hol-iday town of Makarska on the mainland. The night is spent here.
3rd Day Makarska - Island Hvar: Sućuraj
(aprx. 94 km / 1,560 m of elevation)
Makarska sits at the foot of the Sveti Jure Mountain, the heart of the Biokovo Nature Park. After a nourishing breakfast our tour today takes us along the coast before climbing the coastal mountain range. We circumnavigate the Biokovo Nature Park with some challenging climbs but also some in-credibly scenic panoramas. Back in Makarska, we board the boat and navigate to the harbor of Sućuraj at the eastern most point of the Island of Hvar. We enjoy a peaceful night for recovery.
4th Day Hvar Island: Supetar – Stari Grad
(aprx. 60 km / 700 m of elevation)
The island of Hvar is perfect for the fourth ride of the week. With a less challenging ride today, we can focus on enjoying the island vibe with views of the sea multiple times throughout the undulating landscape. We cycle from the sparsely populated eastern tip of the island towards the west where the island comes to life with the towns of Hvar, Stari grad and Jelsa. We can cool down with an ice cream along the way before retiring to the boat in the afternoon in Stari Grad.
5th Day Korčula Island: Vela Luka - Vis Island
(aprx. 52 km / 830 m of elevation)
On our training ride today we explore island of Korčula on a round tour. It is considered by many to be the most beautiful island in Dalmatia. A breathtaking landscape and a Mediterranean climate awaits us. Look forward to multiple panoramas and lush vegetation. We meet our boat back at our starting point of Vela Luka and enjoy a relaxing cruise in the afternoon to the Island of Vis. It is here that we spend the night.
6th Day Vis Island - Brač Island
(aprx. 39 km / 790 m of elevation)
Vis is the furthermost inhabited island from mainland Croatia. A Greek colony called Issa inhabited the island 2,300 years ago. Due to its strategic location, it was a military zone until 1995 and prohibited for foreign tourists. The island is small but the ride is a delight. We climb, we coast, we descend all whilst riding an entire loop of the island and enjoying the most incredible views along the way. Back at the boat we cast off for an afternoon cruise to the port of Milna on the Island of Brač where we spent the night.
7th Day Šolta Island - Trogir
(aprx. 38 km / 520 m of elevation)
In the morning, we enjoy a short cruise during breakfast before making land on the small island of Šolta. Today’s tour is less of a challenge and helps us to digest the experiences of the week. We bike past walled fields, numerous olive groves, locust bean, and fig trees which line the roads. The scent of rosemary accompanies us along our tour around the island. After our bike ride, we return to the ship to enjoy our last crossing, past the cliffs of Čiovo Island and back to Trogir. Once we arrive, there will be plenty of time to visit the Old Town of Trogir, listed as a UNESCO World Cultural Heritage Site. The last evening aboard is celebrated in traditional fashion in the company of our fellow travellers and guides.
8th Day Trogir (Disembarkation)
After breakfast disembarkation until 9 am. Individual travel home or extension of your vacation in Croatia.
