We also appreciate you bringing the issue with the hot tub to our attention. Since this is a boat, the hot tub needs to be turned on manually and requires about two hours to warm up. It can never reach the same temperatures that for example hotel hot tubs do, simply due to the technical limitations on a vessel. Additionally, the hot tub is switched off while guests are out cycling during the day, as no one is on board to use it. That said, the captain and crew are always happy to turn it on upon request and remain at our guests’ disposal at all times. We are sorry if this procedure was not fully clear and limited your enjoyment. We hope to welcome you back on board again soon for another wonderful adventure.
