Do I need to be in good physical shape or have a lot of cycling experience?No. The tours are intentionally designed to be moderate and mostly follow flat or easy-to-navigate routes. E-bikes are available, and anyone who wants to skip a stage can stay on board or in the support vehicle at any time. The focus is on the shared travel experience, not on athletic performance.
